mtec 2 front valance

Hi ya my front mtec 2 valance is screwed on each side ive removed it got it repainted and coming back to fitting it. I know it clips on to the clips under the front bumper but it sits too loose i know i have to buy the black clips that clip on to under the valance. at the bottom how much do they cost and best place to buy them also is that all it needs to fit?
