After finding my whistling air leak was coming from my 325i throttle body I decided to send it away to an engineering guy in Somerset. He offers a boring out service from 60mm to 64mm. He was able to replace the bearings and seals on the butterfly shaft at the same time, and I had it back within a week.This has solved the whistle and it's running really nicely now so would definately recommend his services.
