Rusted number plate screws?

Any idea for removing rear number plate screws? They are rusted to f**k.

Easy this, done it many times!
Angle grinder, thin disc touch on to the screw head to make a nice flat groove in it
Get large size flat head screwdriver in this new groove
undo rusty screw
Job jobbed

Can you grip the "pointy bit with mole grips and turn the screws (WD 40)?

If you have an E30, you should have an angle grinder anyway
