Yes. I can supply a chip for the 0 261 200 073 ECU, as fitted to pre-facelift 325i variants, for £40 posted.
Expect typical gains of 8-12bhp, a raised rev limit, elimination of flat spots, and 2-3 mpg gain in fuel economy when driven sensibly.

The chip only increases the rev limit from the standard 6,250rpm to around 6,500rpm.
You rarely take them above around 6,000rpm anyway - the extra bit is if you want to hang onto the lower gears for longer for 0-60mph runs and overtaking, which can come in handy sometimes...

I did a search in Google for your chips
do u do a mild chip and wild chip ? What are the differences between all the diff chips u offer for 325i or do u just do 1 chip ?

I just do the one for the pre-facelift 325i, that combines both Mild and Wild elements.

Maurice,
Do you actually develop the software? I.E with a chassis dyno, ostrich emulator and tunerpro (or the like)?
Or do you simply burn someone else's software onto an eprom?
For the price I think it is reasonable by the way. Even more impressive if you have put the development time in.

I do carry out some software development, to refine the chip programs or alter them to suit specific requests, i.e., for different injector rates, rev limits, etc.

What do you use? We used an ostrich on an mi16(similar to an e30 Ecu) with reasonable success many years ago.
Now we run an after market Ecu(because of itbs)but it served its purpose back then.

Would rather not divulge all my 'trade secrets', but TunerPro is one such development tool I use.

When your chips are £40 I don't think you'll have people rushing out to do what you do.
My brother is a bit of a software hero, back in the day tunerpro hadn't been released so he had to 'find' the relevant lookup table and check sums manually. Way over my head, I just drove the thing to help him.
Brings back good memories of ripping up the road with a wideband in 1" box section hanging out of the rear resonator.

Thanks, I think...
I wouldn't really want everyone copying what I do!
Yes, there's quite a bit to it all, far more than meets the eye.
