indicator problem

SO yesterday i got in to my e30 as i was driving my passenger side indicators were not working so today i replaced all the bulbs on the passenger side 3 indicator bulbs still the same. They work on hazards and driver side works but passenger side does not any suggestions or what will i need to replace when i push the stalk up and down it makes the noise but no blinking light for the passenger side

Won't be the 'relay', but might well be the stalk. Confirm by linking the green/yellow wire to blue/red wire at the plug for the column switch with a short piece of wire, and then turning the ignition on.

took it apart just now its the stalk but it does work a little when i position it differently it why would that be play in the wires? might get away with fixing it torrow holding the wires back abit with cable ties budget fix hopefully
