why is it locked ? this bloke ripped me off £250 worth and the thread should stay open as i've not had any refund .
it's there for a warning for others to stay clear and not just drop off the page and be swept under the carpet .
the thread does not break any rules,there are no threats etc on it so i'd like it to be unlocked or at least an explanation/reason why ?
why has alpina123's bad feedback been locked ?
