Where to buy new/refurbed ATE front Calipers?

Bought new calipers for the 320 (stupidly without checking)

the company sent 2x RHS Girlings, but my car comes with 1x RHS ATE and 1x LHS ATE.

So the girlings are usseless without the correct brackets.

Does anyone know wheere is the best place to get a pair of ATE calipers from?

I struggled a while ago with this issue,my 90 325i has ate calipers and one seized,i couldnt get one anywhere except for a nasty recon unit at a silly price so i got a good used one and painted it up,its been fine since.

Its strange how 99% of 325's had girling?

I should have said that the callipers were genuine ATE and correct for the car.

Would you refurb the? If they are of the car push the piston back in and get them blasted, them strip them down to paint everything and rebuild them with a refurb kit. I got a kit from bigred mentioned above. There's a wiki on how to refurb them as well if you want to have a look, it's not overly difficult at all.

They will refurb both the caliper and carrier for about £64 per corner. This includes new seals etc.

I had my 323 brakes redone by them earlier this year and found them to be very good.
