I currently have an RPM front strut brace on my 4door and would like to remove it.

I'd like to know is there any special way of removing it, apart from the obvious undo the 2 bolts holding the strut brace to the tower?

If I simply remove the 2 bolts on each side, would I potentially cause misalignment and cause the suspension to collapse?

What's the best way to do this?

Thanks

If the strut brace doesn't just lift off when the nuts are undone, then your car is bent, and being forced back into shape by the brace.

Makes perfect sense. So simply undo the nuts, remove, and refit the nuts.

Hopefully it lifts straight off! Will be attempting this tonight!

Not all braces fit 100%, some require a bit of wiggling/jacking to get them to free off, E30s flex quite a lot!

Mine Got a Flex .
Back before Taking it to the Chassis Workshop , it was 1.2 cm inside at each mount .
Now After Fixing the Whole Flex Shyte .
I have a Strut Brace . and now it's perfect .
But For Fixing the Flex Shyte on E30 , you need to remove the whole engine or the Cylinder hear so the Chassis jacks Fit and Redo the Perfect measurements .
Most E30 In Jordan are flexed .
You Know , We Live on Mountains , lowest area is 400m above Sea level . so everything is uphill or downhill and bumps all over .

I live 900+ above sea level . and Fucking government keeps Putting those Burger like speed breakers and Speed bumps , so when you hit it doing +60 miles OFC your e30 will flex after that .

the top mount i dont think is level so the studs for LHS and RHS top mount are not parallel hence with a brace with non pinned ends it can sometimes be a little tight but a little muscles should be all thats needed
