Millers CFS 10w 40 is what i use in my m3

I use Millers too, but 10-60 as recommended by opie oils

This was written the best part of thirty years ago, and the best oils today bear no relation to the oils available then.
According to the handbook that came originally with 'ordinary' E30s, 10W-40, which I suspect most of us use, is only suitable for ambient temperatures up to 15 celcius maximum.
