Millers CFS 10w 40 is what i use in my m3

I use Millers too, but 10-60 as recommended by opie oils

According to the handbook that came originally with 'ordinary' E30s, 10W-40, which I suspect most of us use, is only suitable for ambient temperatures up to 15 celcius maximum.
