Are these HT leads any good?

My HT leads are knackered and after looking at a few sets, I came across these ones on GSF. My car idles pretty badly, and number 6 plug cap has got insulation tape around it, well and truly knackered!

I'm wondering whether anyone could tell me whether they're of a decenty quality or not. I know they're not as good as OEM, but has anyone tried these before?

They come in at just over £70 with a discount. Can't go wrong I suppose.

It's a M20B25 engined car.

Are the original OEM ones really that good?

So, provided that there's no physical damage, a good 2nd hand one should do the job?

Mohammed, ignore the tight 4rses here and buy the new set. The newest 'used' set is well over twenty years old and most are rubbish like the long weighed in car they were removed off.

I have never seen a single OE E30 ignition lead which has deteriorated in the slightest, even where the heat shields are missing, other than those that have been physically damaged by muppets pulling on the leads to remove them from the plugs, or have been fitted loose and allowed to drop down on the exhaust manifold.
Having said that, the set in the link could be the real deal, and unusually include the pulse sensor.

I've always read that the HT leads are the one thing you should always go dealer with.. aftermarket ones will never do the job properly. Even says it on the wiki,, is that the case or are the GSF ones any good?

The GSF ones certainly appear to be pretty close in appearance to the OEM ones.
