Is it worth wrapping the m52 exhaust with exhaust wrap?

I know ots meant to keep engine bay temps down but will it not trap moisture and corrode the manifold?

m52 manifolds are stainless aren't they? I was going to wrap mine but decided against it when I saw how much of a pain in the ass it is.

Any moisture will be burnt off within seconds of starting the engine, I found it really helps to keep bay temps down, keeping the exhaust hot also helps gas removal
Also, theres no point wrapping any further than the manifolds

Yes they are a low grade stainless, the head flange is mild steel though

So might as well get some while im at it. How much dp you need to do the manifold as far down as the flange?

Yea i'd be intrigued in terms of doing this too. Must make steering linkage clearance seriously tight though? Already super-tight!
