E36 Steering Rack

Have new E36 rack with drumsticks & no track rod ends & also original E30 PAS rack, drumsticks, track rod ends etc can i fit new E36 track rod ends or do i have to use E30 drumsticks & track rod ends? Baz

The choice is yours. Both work fine
M40 rightness if you can get to 6000rpm noone can hear your tappets
