Stupid question but what's the difference between the 'rear outer' and 'inner rear' brake pipes?

I just want the one that comes out of the rear drums, as they're rusted to pieces.

Any comment appreciated

The rear brake system has four rubber hoses; a pair from just under the fuel tank to the trailing arm (inners) and a pair from the trailing arm to the drum or caliper (outers).

I'm sure my pipes are copper as well. Does this make any difference?

Kunifer is the best choice, unless you are an OEM bufftie, when only dealer supplied steel will do.

Flexible pipes are fitted between moving parts, rigid pipes where there are no moving parts.

So a flexible join is needed from the car frame to the trailing arms, and to the rear disc, but not to a rear drum.
The caliper slides, the drum stays in the same place.

Apparently the dealer no longer supplies, so any steel will have to do! What's the quality like on this kunifer? anyone had any issues or all good?

No downside on kunifer at all, other than the not OEM one. Bends easily, flares easily, doesn't seriously corrode, doesn't readily kink, cheap to buy. All you can want from a brake pipe!

I recently did all my brake and fuel lines using kunifer, didnt like the job but the stuff is easily bendable and workable. I got it of ebay a kong time ago.
