Convertible ride height

I've been trying to find out what the standard ride height is for a pre-face lift cab?

Been looking at some original brochures but only gives total height.

I'm trying to determine the ride height from ground to top of the arch, both front and rear?

Anyone have got info on this?

15" but would it matter if you had 14" as the profile on the tyre would make up the difference?
