Hey all -
Just wondering if anyone else has had trouble fitting Powerflex Front ARB bushes? Just reassembling the front suspension on my iS, and the bushes just do not fit in the brackets?? They stick out nearly 1/4 of an inch and a longer bolt means that the non-bolted side just sticks out. Definately got the correct (20mm if memory serves correctly) ones for my car. Is there some simple trick i am missing?

Yes they are a PITA! I managed to do it by getting the lug clipped in place on the bracket and used mole grips to close up the gap where the bolt goes until you could get the bolt in. I also used a small trolley jack to close the clamp up a bit to help. I used to have a 20mm front ARB with poly bushes, but now got a 24mm with poly bushes, and that was even more of a bitch to get them fitted!
