30mm spacers are a bit extreme,
the poor thing will look like its on rollerskates
The only way to tell really is to offer the wheel up and measure

30mm will be abit crazy, even on standard wheels. I`d wager on those wheels it`d look abit stupid and need lots of arch work.
What ET are the dare`s?

Hate to say it but you might have been better of with a staggered setup, narrower front so you can space them out a little and have not problems.
Look into getting a shorter spring also, BC do shorter stiffer ones and they also had a barrel type (I think), maybe you can get similar for your coilovers?
