as above spotted one of these today, weird bluey/greeny colour, 4 door, sport seats....totally standard, some old couple, and it was a left hand drive....

not seen one of these before... were they only sold in certain countries, whats there bhp like, and whats the engine from? much power in it???

anyone got more info on these...

The 324d/ td was NEVER officially sold in a RHD market . Like the ix, a handful were undoubtably converted to RHD by bored masochists .

I'm not sure about that - they were apparently sold as RHD in ROI along with RHD E34 524tds - of which I bought an example in 2004 from AdMag. I pulled the engine from a Dolphin grey 324td in 2005, in Hughes scrapyard - it was RHD and definitely wasn't a conversion unless it had been done when new as it has the correct MPH A diesel cluster.

RealOEM says otherwise however.
