Guys my odometer (mileage reader) has packed up.

Reading the wiki it states that the gears may be shot within the cluster and is advisable to change the whole dial.

There is a gear kit you can purchase from US eBay, has anyone attempted in changing the gears only?

What's people's thoughts on this?
