Yes, a working Toronto should make £100 + Be sure to put 911 /Turbo / Quattro / Ferrari etc in your ad as these were fitted in quite a few top end turds back in the day. As 911 values are soaring, lots of people are 'restoring' them back to stock and throwing all the nasty Alpine sh1te in the bin, innit

You basically tap into the audio feed from the tape deck and trick the head unit into thing a cassette is inserted using a spare button, thus setting the cassette deck as the audio source.

It has lots of buttons thereby it must be good. I got good money for a broken Toronto out of my touring get it served !

The blaupunkt works on radio but the cassette doesn't kick in.
Pioneer everything works except the sound but it's a pull out and it could just be a bad connection.
The other pioneer is a really top end piece from 1999 with 12 disc changer needs new button rubbers and a fascia ribbon but a hounds awesome

The pioneer is too new and worthless.

The blaupunkt speaker covers have a value, £20-30.

Basically, any decent blaupunkt, pioneer, alpine audio from the 80's is worth bucks now.

i found this in the door pocket and noticed the jackplug on the wire looked the same fitment to my mp3 player [ phillips go gear] .So without further ado it was all hooked up aaand........

I bet the quality of audio is not very good on these head units next to modern tech

If you're playing mp3s or FM radio on a modern stereo, quality is irrelevant anyway. A stereo is only as good as its music source.

Pretty sure that if you have rubbish speakers, Headunit or amp will be no where near as good as soutce
