Hi folks, I'm needing to get my exhaust refitted ASAP and I'm trying to do it to a good standard with the proper hangers, seals and sleeves unlike the way the old one was fitted with no seals, one hanger and horrible U clamps that damage the pipes.

So far I have sourced the correct hangers with rubbers and adapted them to fit the larger scorpion backbox and got the right size sealing rings. I'm trying to find a pair of suitable exhaust sleeves that attach the backbox to the centre section.

Its a 325i with a 3 piece system but it's the same part number for all models.

BMW are asking an unreasonable amount for the original parts and ECP and GSF don't list these parts. There are loads on Ebay that look right but not quite right in diameter.

The centre section pipes (44.2mm) slide into the backbox pipes (48mm) neatly. the closest sleeves I can find on E-bay is 46-50mm which would leave a 1mm gap all round at one end.

Does anyone know where I can get some that are made for the car at a reasonable price.

Have a look at jetex, I got some from them over a year ago,

They'll be in the custom section of their online shop.

The site is easy enough to use lol.

Top left of the page & click to view the online universal parts section, choose what size you want & whether aluminized steel or stainless.

Don't forget to add vat to the price as well.

I've had countless parts from there & built my own exhaust.
