Tyres

What tyres are the (daddy's) for the rear staggerd alpinas.
If its possible I'd like to make them look as wide as possible.
When I bought them they had bridgestone on,but would like to know of others people recommend.

Conti sport contact 225/45/16 is the recommended size that Alpina use and numerous tuners back in the 80s.

Funny I was just going to ask about cont/contact 2.
There the most expensive,I'm trying to find eagle f1's not sure if the do that size still.looking for the most comfortable and grip which is probably continentals but no sexy tred

there are not many good quality tyres available in 225/45/16. Conti sport 2 i would recommend but they might be hard to find soon?
