I think you are right!...so, I will need to invest the best part of £1000 for quality BBS split rims and good tyres..?..Cloggy Saint wrote:You're entering council territory with the second link.

For RM's that's a pretty reasonable estimate.
For RS's, anywhere from £1500 to £3k+

All cars are turds, no matter how nice they are.
It means you have a high chance of getting a super rare Birmingham sport

You have a 25 year old sport, they are all turdz !
Being a Scottish one that you bought in Birmingham after a brief respite in Bradford gives it extra turd kudos
It's a shame you are not nearer, for a kebab , I would pop around with a screwdriver , broom and magnet

The said vehicle was indeed purchased in the Royal Borough of Birmingham...
....in fact, by Royal Decree, no car originating in the Royal Borough can in fact be deemed 'a turd'...possible grounds for treason, or similar...
.....ahem! lol

I do love the eagerness of these sorts of threads. "Will these wheels work?" "Is this exhaust good?" "How many extra bhp will this bolt-on bullsh!t air filter give me?" - all for a car that you don't actually have in your possession yet.
Seriously, hold on to your pennies until you're absolutely sure the car isn't a dealer-fit Colander edition. This sort of stuff can lurk behind prisitine panels:

(I love getting that pic out)
