Heater valve

I need a water valve for an a/c heater matrix BMW p/n 64111386707. It would appear they are like rocking horse shit, tried parts gateway, BMW have said their stocks are being replenished on 19/02 an I can have one then for £172. The only thing wrong with mine is that the diaphragm is holed and it leaks. Anyone know of any other heater valves with similar diaphragms? Someone out there must have fixed one, this is the zone after all.

The E30 and Z3 aircon unit is identical, so try looking for Z3s with aircon in the scrapyard.
