does anyone have any scraps of this cloth, i am looking to get it reproduced. as far as i know, no one has yet managed to do it at all let alone to a good standard, so i'm gonna have a go. if anyone knows of a place that already does a good job, then please let me know as well to save me wasting time. i have seen a few threads on various forums but the always amount to nothing. (the company that originally made the cloth closed down many years ago according to buchloe)

cheers guys

(google image btw, not my car.....i wish!!)

It would be good, if a company could be found to re produce all the old cloths etc n strike up a good relationship with the zone, e30s are at that age now with cloth being an issue more and more regular

There was a guy in the US who had the ///M stripe cloth reproduced, might be worth contacting him.

I got one of these for xmas:

They also do this one:

Maybe they had it reproduced and bought up the left overs from the other guy (or same guy), their website: http://www.walletwerks.com/

Why don't you order a wallet and use that as a sample to have you own cloth made.

The Alpina cloth on that wallet is not the correct stuff for E30's like in Pukar's picture.

The stuff on that wallet was used on E32, E34, E36.

From what I can recall sytner or L & C BMW had a company local to them make the upholstery for the UK converted alpinas (e30 2.5). From what I have read, the quality was very good in terms of workmanship and match. If you know anybody from either of the two companies you might be able to get in touch with the cloth maker and even possibly have it reproduced?
