hello i just wondering wich insurance best im 24 next month and got 2 year license but dont have ncb just was second driver...and been trying some companies the price is just to much over 2.5k or. 3k...any advice ? thanks

I'm 23 and like you have no ncb and been a named driver for 2/3 year and I've been getting quotes like

around £800 for a 318i/318is

and around £1,200 for a 325i.

Both of those came from Admiral.

Have you tried a classic policy?

I'm 29 but using my NCB on another car, got it for £280 fully comp

28 with 0 no claims, 3k and £150 excess for me this year is £122 :cool:

Also 24, currently driving my 4th E30 a 318is, insured with Tesco's fully comp £280
£150 excess
8k miles a year
6years no claims

But they won't insure it with any modifications, must be out the box standard spec.
