Apparently these where fitted on new M3's to explain the complexities of a dog leg gear box.

The ones on ebay.de are really naff copies, cheap photcopy laminated, no way would it have been BMW supplied. That photo looks to be the same, although there may well have been real BMW ones. I' dbe interested to know.
