look at the plugs across the top and you will see a smaller pin/plug inside them,you knock the small plugs out and down to remove it but collect the pins as you need them to re-fit it .

Dig out or drill out the plastic pins on the expanding rivets (seen on the top edge)

That plate is familiar - I am almost certain it was owned previously by an infamous zoner called armanib

There are 4x pins , you push/tap/knock them up from below

knock them down into the boot it's much much easier than fookin around upside down
