Yes, I can recommend Hartlee engineering, in Blean near the University:

Proper old-school outfit, they've got all the right equipment for this sort of thing, and knowledgeable staff; the head guy runs a BMW 635CSi. Prices are usually pretty good too.

It's quite hard to find though; in a narrow turn off the side of the road, opposite the pub at the bottom of the hill.

This, ive used him shed loads of times, does cash in hand if ya nice too.

Real old school guy, seems a bit grumpy but he's sound and his workmanship is spot on. Really comes highly recommended.
