I'm picking up my new tech one kit Monday for my cabby, I can't quite decide whether to keep my chrome bumpers and attach the kit to them, or get rid of the chrome bumpers and just wack the plastic colour coded ones on and de-chrome the rest of my car, shadowline etc.

What do you prefer and what would you rather do?

Cheers :D

Plastic colour coded? I presume you mean later post facelift type? Won't work well with a tech 1 kit. Your best bet is to source the correct metal bumpers that are dechome specific. And paint them.

If you do go down that route, then a dechrome kit for the windows etc would be the order of the day.

These are the bumpers I'm buying, they are the original one's for my car by the looks of things, I assumed where he said they have been painted they were plastic, wouldn't have thought painting the chrome would be that easy?

Cool, so at least the chrome hasn't been sprayed! Think I'll get rid of the other chrome strips on my car and wack these straight on! :D
