I used to fit these kits for a company called Auto Kit in Leicester, the fit can be bad on certain seats but given the way the E30 sports seats are put together they do look almost factory on E30 seat.
The E30 seats are made in sections so don't have the problem of looking baggy like they can on covers that fit as one complete item instead of sections.
I asked not long ago about reviews on the company you linked as i kinda don't get on with my old boss so cant go back to him for a kit, everything I read was as you state bad reviews about long waiting times but people did seem to all get the covers in the end.
Personally i will be ordering from one of the large US company's see link.........

The leather its self aint that bad the kits i used to fit for a similar price were made of napa leather.ozzy2006 wrote:I was planning to use their re trimming service but just not convinced anymore plus what kind of quality can the leather be for 650 all in.
You gotta think the reason a bespoke trim can cost £1000+ is not down to the leather used but the man hours it takes to craft a full leather interiour by hand

True say but they said they so retrims for 650 do you think it was not stiched to the seat but rather seat covers maybe which are fit tighter

Any retrim is a leather cover pulled tight over the foam, the advantage of using a company which sells the covers separately is that they will already have patterns to be able to cut the leather to size without having to make every single section bespoke which massively reduces the labour costs.
Unfortunately this also means they aren't going to be fine tailored to your individual seat which may have stretched or sagged etc. I guess their retrim service is them fitting and possibly fine tuning a set of covers made from their standard patterns.

Hi I used these guys myself and as reviews state about waiting times well they are right but u do eventually get them.
The stitching is shoddy as well but if u dondon't.like he them to correct it. Here dirtng service is good they re-pad the seats and put them together pretty well. The leather quality is ok too.
