It is an expensive process, pretty sure that Dezzy/DanThe had some stuff (inc bumpers) re-chromed at somepoint?

I would say it is well worth doing myself, poor chrome can ruin the whole look of a car, no doubt about it :(

If you are going to have it taken there you will have to watch out for the 'handling' of your items, ham-fisted coach drivers doing you 'a favor' on delicate re-chromed bumpers would make me nervous...
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

I had a chat with a few people on Allegro and they all said "completely depends, we sandblast it first and then look at the condition of the steel underneath - that affects the price".

When pushed on a quote, they said anywhere between 400 and 2000 zlots 8O

Before its chromed it needs to be cleaned and polished

If its pitted from rust, it will not chrome up nicely

Depends if a new one is available and how much, as to whether it is worth rechroming.
