Can somebody confirm what sizes I need when changing the power steering pump and where's the best place to get them online.

If you look in real oem or BMW fans it tells you the sizes of the banjo fittings. I had to do this recently but can't remember the sizes off the top of my head.

They are 14 x 20, but they are plain aluminium or copper crush washers which should be changed every time, not dowty washers, which are re usable.

DanThe's E46 pipe kit come with dowty washers, so I assume these can also be used on the reservoir to pump banjo fitting?

As long as the mating surface on the banjo is wide enough for the neoprene lip to sit on, then they're fine, if overkill.
