Spec wise, that's not a LUX any more. No fogs, analogue clocks, only front electric windows, no side skirts, manky seat covers, the 15" BBS wheels have gone walkabout - in fact, only the leather steering wheel remains.
Mechanically, it's a 1.8 auto. Not the fastest ship in the fleet, but a comfortable cruiser if everything's working as it should. If.
MOT-wise, most of that is pennies to fix - a ball-joint here, a second-hand headlight there. But those rear brake lines are a ballache, and while the pipes themselves are only a few quid it's either going to cost you hundreds in mechanic's labour, or hundreds in "sympathetic" repairs as you drop the rear beam yourself and end up refreshing every rubber component rear of the gearbox.
As for the rust - usual rot in the usual places, but enough of them to mean that you'll either be very creative with the rattle cans or forking out for a full respray.
All in, I'd say 500 quid prudently spent would make a car that could sell for 1000-1200 with the right gullible buyer. But once you start, it could easily spiral out of control with all the hidden issues lurking there.
