Inner sill repair/replacement

After spending a fair amount of money last year getting the outer sills and wheel arches repaired or replaced, I've now been told be the garage giving my car a service that the inner off side sill need patching or replacing, what sort of price and how difficult is it to do this repair?

Hmmm. I ended up taking off my outer sill to fix it, because a small bit of rot turned into an entire repair panel going in.

Cost is whatever a welder costs per hour these days so impossible to count, especially without pics.
