325i Auto Fluid Change

Basically, get the gearbox oil hot (go for a nice drive), park it up, jack it up, and undo the dipstick tube where it attaches to the gearbox sump. Should be a 22 or 24 nut iirc. Once your happy its drained out, then re attach the tube and fill it up through it. You may want a nice small funnel for this. Then it's a case of making sure the level is correct and it changes gear nicely.
Depending on your feelings for the job, it's probably worth changing the filter inside the box, which is simply a case of taking down the sump (10mm bolts around the outside) and taking out the filter (t27 torx bit iirc). Replacement of the sump gasket is advised.
