Does anybody sell in Bournemouth BH9 2QL? please help...

[Tan91]

Basically I've bought a part over 6 months ago and the f***er has not even sent it to me I've asked for a refund and he still has not got back to me.

It is obvious he is ignoring my calls because he picks when I use another number like my brothers or friends mobile.

This is his number 07805 940515

Don't know his name, it was for a M Tech 1 Boot spoiler here is the advert:

Is this a scam or what because I don't know what he is playing at. I should be getting £72 odd back.

If you know anything please help me on this would be greatly appreciated.
