What is an H reg E30 touring worth?

I've been offered an E30 red/pink 318i touring with no MOT or Tax with 117k miles on the clock. The owner has had it for about 8 yrs. For a quick glance it could do with both sills, a wing replacing and a bloody good T-cut. He is a mechanic by trade and I totally trust his Mech abilities. So what would something like that be worth?
