rear panel/valence

hi just after some help im based in the north west and trying to get the rear lower valance for my car its a 325i facelift model the one on my car is totaly shot someone has repaired it numerous times in the past and as im sanding it back its geting worse the dreaded car cancer has a firm hold of it obviously its a cut out and weld in panel but i cant source one anywhere just wondering if anyone on hear has any ideas or are breaking one that i could cut it off, cheers
