Will it look the same and feel the same as an unpainted tech1 spoiler??
Can the paint be stripped back to reveal the rubber as it originally was
tech1 spoiler with the rubber painted satin black..

if you want to 'feel' it alot though it may cause the paint to crack, personnaly i just tend to walk past mine with minimal feeling

dont do it kangman, it will crack and peel and flake if you do it yourself, even if not and get a pro to do it with they can still crack
if its bad, ebay it and look for a better one, thats what i did and now have a perfect rubber one

id love to sell you my unpainted one bud, but the resulting holes in my bootlid would be a nightmare.
