So, after last March being about the best month for the weather and Easter at the end of March this year, are you taxing your car from March or April???

Mine is currently in many bits in the garage. IF i can find the time to put it back together it might get Taxed this year. Last year was a washout and the 600 miles I did hardly justified the tax.

I don't subscribe to driving cabbies in the sunshine when the temperature is still <10C, however I am in the frozen North.

Good luck with the conversion, let me know how you get on, I'm debating whether to do a m30 or m50 conversion in the near future

I think the seasons are shifting, so will tax it in April for 6 months.

Was on Kumho KU31s, never once got stuck (auto box too btw).
But I admit it was getting bothersome after 3 winters. As such, I've ended up going down the E36 touring route on winter tyres instead.

In all honesty, I think I'll be selling the cabrio later this year.

Thanks, yours too!diable wrote:Auto slush box here as well but with winter boots, nice cab BTW.
Mine is suffering of late, rust on the right rear arch and around the rear towing eye. Needs some money/time spend and unfortunately, am lacking the latter as such might have to go to a good home.
Has been mechanically brilliant - see my Euro Road Trip thread for my drive to Monaco, the Italian Lakes and Alps in it.

Same - we often still get snow in March. April to End of Sep for me.Topblag wrote:I hibernate mine from October to April. gets taxed on 1 April for 6 months.
