Hi,
I'd like to get my 1.8i M40 engine back to running very sweetly indeed. I want the timing belt, camshaft and tappets replaced (and maybe a bit more) and would like to know of any places in and around the London area who know their M40 engines inside out.
Very reasonably priced would be a HUGE bonus too :)

at Iver Heath you will find Pacerpete who is a dab hand and has a copious amount of spares .

+ 1

Pacerpete has done a lot of work on my car and I'd recommend him.
+2

I'd recommend him too.
My M40 went from doing 18mpg and after Pacerpete had finished with it I'm now averaging 35mpg.
