Fuel not getting to rail

So, my 325i started running a bit rough the other day. I'd just done the cambelt and it had been sitting for a few years without running.

Long story short, the rail isn't getting fuel. I've rigged up a line direct from the pump outlet to the rail and it fires and runs fine.

What's it likely to be? Blocked filter? There's no mechanical cut off I've missed?

Fuel filter would be my next call,but if the thing has been standing,it may be an idea to blow the fuel lines through.

Yeah, that's my thoughts. I've ordered a new filter. Going to get that swapped and see what difference it makes.
