Just curious is it possible and if so how difficult would it be to run two maps on a m20 ecu,
A super Eco mode for example, which would restrict throttle input keep revs low etc
And then just a sport type mode?....
Possible?
Twin mapping an ecu? Sport + eco mode

unless you run a drive by wire throttle you're not going to be able to do anything about the amount of throttle input.
i think it would be easier just to moderate the throttle input and revs yourself to save fuel

That's what I was thinking but the wiring would be insane in addition to the car running lumpyish as it learns the new settings?

Ant from A-tech used to offer a twin map ECU, I'm guessing it was megasquirt based

It is possible, by replacing the standard 27C256 EPROM with a 27C512 which has double the capacity and programming it with two maps, and use a switch to toggle between them:
