Looking at the diagrams I'm wondering what a few parts are and what I might need to source

Looking at the above, is the main bumper carrier the same for both m-tech and normal bumpers? I didn't get a carrier with my bumper and the normal one, from memory, seems to fit it.
#4 & #10 what are they and are they required to fit the whole rear bumper/valance.
#11, #12 & #13 - Guide bracket, grommet and rivet, anyone have any images to show how these are fitted? I'm sure I bought them ages ago but I need to check to make sure.
On the front lower apron, does anyone know can the stand offs/brackets be got from the dealer and their part no?
Also, below far left, if these are missing, any way to still mount the apron so as the corners don't pop out?
