Evening,

Just wondering if many of you with a 318is have put a strut brace in? And if it makes much difference, and if so, which one to go for?

Cheers in advance

put an rpm one on mine (check the traders section on here) it made a great improvement, makes the car feel stronger/better and solid, particularly on things like commng off a roundabout on to a motorway slip road where you give it some with a bit of turnig/pressure on a front corner

get it done , but avoid them cheap shite ebay chrome things for £30, they are awful

I find a strutbrace to be pretty pointless without a complete suspension refresh, no point putting one on with tired old wobbly beam bushes and drop links :)

In answer to your question, I believe sparco ones are pretty good.
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

This.

As good as they probably are they'll put more strain on any knackered bushes, shocks and springs. Worth baring in mind.. :D

can't speak for the saloons, but as cabby owner a struct brace made a huge difference..
