Is it just the boot you've replaced???
Normally these are the culprits.
1. Bootlid not sealing if replaced, adhust catch.
2. Light seals, if you've removed and replaced them, renew the gaskets.
3. Water drains blocked inside boot area. Take out carpets and assess.
Hope That Helps.

If you Got "Haters",Then your doing something Right!

Get the boot carpets and liners off and look for water. Water in the boot can be down to a bad seals or holes in your inner arches. Seals - boot, lights and aerial seals are generally the culprits.
If there's no water build up, put in a moisture trap, you can buy them online and stick it in the boot.
It won't be the bootlid thats the problem.

Ameet, you need to drain out and COMPLETELY dry your boot. I sorted your recently fitted badly adjusted / badly painted bootlid which may well have stopped the water ingress, BUT until the boot is completely dry you will still have condensation.
