Over the winter I plan on cleaning up and possibly rust proofing the inner / underside of my chrome bumpers. If anyone has any tips or preferred products they use that would be really appreciated... as I dont know where to start at the moment.

Solvol Autosol is great for polishing chrome.
Best to paint the underside with Hammerite/Smoothrite or similar, and Waxoyl or grease it afterwards, or you can get away with just smearing grease on.

Bumpers off if they are clean inside then wax oil,
painting them with hammerite then wax oiling won't do anything that's just rustproofing new Paint !
if they are rusty which they no doubt will be..esp the rear
then clean back to good metal and hammerite that should buy some time
