Can the seat be made lower?

Just wondering if there is a way of modifying the seat so can sit lower as my head touches the head lining lol. The car has leather light grey comfort seats would sport seats be lower?

Second lever from the front I think, push it down and the seat should drop down in height.

sport seats do sit lower than comfort seats
