engine differences

Whats the differences between a m30b32 and the m30b35 engine. are they the same but with a few external mods, are they totally different. Will a 32 fit on my 35 matching gearbox and clutch, are all the engine mounts the same, is the exhaust in the same place/side. etc etc
Need as much info as possible please
