fitting fogs to a non fog car??

didnt know which section to post this,

i was wondering if its possible to fit the foglights to models that done have it.

i have a e30 1.8i and it must be a povo spec as it doesnt have the foglamps fitted but im guessing they can be fitted as the space in the bumpers is there for them.

what would be needed to fit them? if its possible that it is.
